Can I exercise during the Master Cleanse diet?

Hello. Im starting the master cleanse diet, but I dont know if i can do my regular excersise during the diet. I excersise aprox. 1hr every day. I will appreciate your respectful help. Thanks a lot.
My mind is so clear and i want to do this diet, so my question is about excersising during this process not for another types of diets.

Are detox diets healthy and safe? Where can I find a diet plan for a detox diet?

I just started College a month ago and also started the birth control pill about that time and have put on a couple of pounds. Nothing to worry about but I don’t want those 2 pounds to turn into 20. I’ve heard negative and positive things about detox diets. I’m just curious what your opinion is on it.
