I am going to try this for Gall Bladder problems. Wondered if anybody had tried it with success?
I am supposed to have my gall bladder out, but want to avoid it if possible. I have gall stones, thus the reason for trying this cleanse.

Well, not mixed together. I like to drink Kombucha tea and other teas..but as far as that combination, nope. I DO like to put olive oil on steamed broccoli and whole-grain foods like bread and pasta. It’s good for you. Also, it’s really good to mix lemon juice with truvia (a no calorie natural sweetener) with water…I’d say that’ll clean ya!

My daughter of 15 wants to do a detox, so i bought my daughter the Acai Berry Cleansing Juice, it says “Dietary Supplement” But i don’t know if it helps you lose weight (i doubt it). It says “Not Recommended for under 18″. Is it alright if she drinks it ? Will there be harmful side effects ?

These products are a waste of money and don’t work for weight loss.
If it says “not recommended for under 18″, then at 15 she shouldn’t be taking this – there could be nasty side effects.
All she needs is a good healthy diet with lots of fruit and veg.

First up, take all your harder vegetables which in this case would be the green peppers, carrots and green beans and add them to the pot of boiling purified water to soften them up. Now let them boil for about 5 minutes before putting in the rest of your ingredients together. Cover up the pot and let all the vegetables boil for about 15 minutes. Once the 15 minutes are up, lower the heat and let the soup simmer for 1 hour. (Spinach is mild in flavor but some of the other leafy greens can be rather intense. Buffer these with carrot and apple.)
Yellow: banana, lemon, yellow squash, yellow pepper, yellow bell pepper, golden delicious apple, yellow flesh melon, yellow tomato, turnip, parsnip
Orange: orange, blood orange, cantaloupe, grapefruit, orange bell pepper, carrot, peach, apricot, nectarine, papaya, mango
Purple: red cabbage, rhubarb, eggplant, blueberry, boysenberry, plum, black grape
(Spinach is mild in flavor but some of the other leafy greens can be rather intense. Buffer these with carrot and apple.)
