I’m on a quest to debunk or prove rumors about the so-called “Raw Food Diet.” Given what people are told, this should work. And trust me, if exercise and consuming only fruits, veggies, whole grains, water, and organics doesn’t detoxify my body of all the junk I’ve eaten and improve my health and natural appearance – nothing else will.
